Policies & Information
Salon Space: The salon is quite snug, please refrain from bringing guests with you! (If you bring family, they are welcome to wait in the waiting area.) Also if your child does not have an appointment, please arrange something for them as there are lots of dangerous tools in the studio, as well as another stylist & her clients!
Appointment Time: Most color appointments take anywhere from 3-5 hours depending on the hair and the service required. Please schedule your day so our time together is not rushed!
New Clients: Online deposit MUST be paid before an appointment will be scheduled. If you are not a returning client & the deposit is not paid, your spot will NOT be held! This is a non-refundable deposit used towards your first appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment before 48 hours, your deposit will be moved towards the next appointment. If you have to cancel after 48 hours, you will not be refunded & a new deposit will have to be made prior to the next booking.
Late Appointments: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled & your deposit will be kept. If you are a returning client, a fee will be required before rescheduling.
Cancellation & Re-booking: Credit card is required upon booking. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy. 48hrs notice is required for any cancelations or re-booking otherwise a 50% fee will be charged to the card
No Shows: Unfortunately you will not be re-booked if you no show. It's very easy to send a quick text or make a phone call to let me know you cannot make the scheduled appointment!
